@Artini: At this posting, on page two of the main Bryce page, look through Shows us your renders Part 3 to see images David Brinnen created using one of those lenses. If no one can answer your question.
Here's three finished renders that I've made using the wide angle lens, the two with the black border feature some of Stonemasons incredible modeling work. The details for the Head Grid image are as follows,
Copy and pasted from the thread next door...
Model from here http://graphics.cs.williams.edu/data/meshes.xml
Lit like this Bryce 7.1 Pro Experiments - Hyper Surface Scattering - by David Brinnen
With Horo's GarageOpen_3840.hdr that came with this http://www.daz3d.com/practical-bryce-7-1-pro-volume-1
And an impossible one sided box shape made according to the tutorial here Bryce Mentoring DVD it an inside and no outside!
All viewed through one of the new wide angle lenses from this http://www.daz3d.com/new-releases/bryce-7-1-pro-lenses-and-filters - currently on special offer along with other things too!
Thanks for the answers and nice images. Now I can see that such a great David's images
I have enjoyed to see in Stonemason contest thread were made with these lenses.
Here are the two submissions for Stonemason's March contest where I've used the product that is now available.
Both images looks great, Horo. Thanks for posting them here.
@David - that head render looks amazing!
@Artini - thank you.
I've just wonder, would it be possible to create some kind of warp speed or worm hole effect, often seen in movies,
by using these lenses and filters?
I think it could - sort of. David made a couple of videos which come with the product that may show what you think. Though one of the Deep Space HDRIs would probably be more suitable.
Ok, thanks. I have already bought Bryce 7 Pro Deep Space HDRI 1 and 2, so I give them a try first.
