Mesh Smoothing has Stopped Working

Hello guys,
I was recently working in DAZStudio 4.5, when all of a sudden, the mesh smoothing has completely stopped working. I don't know if I accidentally clicked off something in the program by mistake, but when I use it to fit clothing properly to Genesis, nothing happens. (there is no yellow activity bar appearing either. Can anyone help me figure out how to to get the mesh smoothing working again?

    It is not working on one item or many?
    Can you post a screenshot of the Smoothing parameters and explain what item it is?

    and this I have never seen before so I am guessing.

    Hello Szark,
    Thanks for the reply on my problem. You know, the weirdest thing happened, when I closed DAZ, restarted the comp this morning, the mesh smoothing somehow began working again. (strangest thing!) I have tried different clothes to make sure, and all seems to be working well again. :)
