Holly Hair missing a Scaling Morph - How to add one?

Hello! I'm a fairly low level poser user, I recently purchased the Holly Hair asset and it needs to be rescaled to fit onto an upscaled Victoria 4 model. When I select Holly Hair and choose the "body" option, it lacks any scaling options.

How would one go about adding a scaling option to an asset?

Normally morphs / parameter dials for hair only show on the Neck (or sometimes the head) rather than the body of a hair.

There is, I believe, a Python script to unhide scale controls - I don't have a link though.

Also (since you did not say what version you were using), since poser 8, selecting the body and then the properties tab, there is a selection to include scaling in conforming
