Background is completely white

in The Commons
I must be missing something, but my whole scene background is pure white. The characters and props are fine. It is almost like there is a white HDRI, but I tried defaulting all the environment settings, draw dome is off, and I also defaulted every render setting. None of these helped. I can see the white in my viewport while in texture mode. I can delete everything from the scene, but the background is still white. And it shows up in my render, it will overright any HDRI I try to use. It only goes away if I clear the entire scene, but I had saved my scene like this, and I want to fix it.

Window>Panes(Tabs)>Environment, make sure the type is set to None (I suspect it's currently backdrop with white as the colour).
Yes, that was it. Thank you kindly.
I'm not sure how it got that way.
If you ever want the Background to match the default Viewport color, change the RGB settings to 121, 141, 176
I do have a problem regarding the background upon opening DAZ Studio just now. Despite setting the Environment Type to None, I still have a white background. This should not be.
This change happened upon adding a Japanese Tea Garden scene (the Merlin version) to the environment. How do I reset it to default when I have the Environment Type set to None?
Might be ... Menu->Window->Style->CustomizeStyle->6.Viewports->24.Viewport Background Color->Click gear symbol and reset
Some scenes come with the Color Settings of their creators
Actually, I clicked default button instead of the gear symbol. That works.
I opened a file and it changed my default color this solved it for me Window->Style->CustomizeStyle->6.Viewports->24.Viewport Background Color->Click gear symbol and reset
