Daz 4.10

In my install Manager there is reference in the Installed column that I have Daz 4.10.  I can't find it though.  I can't begin to tell you all the trouble I've had recently since the PostgreSQL disappeared suddenly.  Is there a way to start all over? Just like I'm installing eveyrthing over again COMPLETELY?  Without wiping out everthing else.  Im 69.  I have Windows10 Pro.

Check Help>About Daz studio to see which version you are running - 4.10.x.x will have replaced 4.9.x.x if you installed it.
