Running dforce sim makes everything turn white

Hi!
I've been trying to get this to work, but no matter which clothing/figure I try to drape, as soon as I hit the "simulation" button, everything just turns white and stays that way. I checked and Daz doesn't stop responding or anything. But still the entire thing turns white. Is this a glitch? Can anyone help me fix it?

What are your system specifications? How up to date are your drivers?
Moved to Daz Stuido
@Richard, I didn't have the latest drivers, just updated and tried again... but I'm still getting that white glitch once I click simulate. My specs are as follow:
Before going all white, I can see the clothing just exploding as the simulation is taking place. Could that have something to do with it?
I assume you don't have any issue with Iray rendering (presumably via CPU)? Can you use the CPU for OpenGL to run the dForce sim?
Yup, I've only ever rendered Iray. After some more experimentation, I managed to set up a scene where the simulation work by draping the tunic and cloak of Wildenlander Watch HD for Genesis 3 Male(s) (used on G3F via WearthemAll). Although my first try with this new scene caused the clothes to explode, there was no white screen. The "clothes explosion" was fixed by turning the self collision (I think that's what it was called, over in surfaces) to off.
So I went back to my first scene after my success. Again, I got that white screen seconds into the simulation (just after things started to explode). So something with my first scene caused the glitch (?). Once I deleted the Caput Caseum armor and the Hood from Hood Huntress, I managed to drape the poncho somwhat successfully over a semi naked G3 (but half a shoulder kept exploding. Re-posing didn't fix thinigs). More than the chest armor, I think something with the exploding hood/poncho caused that, but I'm not sure what it is. I've also just noticed that the mesh in the poncho is a bit wonky (not smooth; like a puzzle piece of the mesh is missing) when you inspect it closely. In fact, you can sort of see it in my screenshot as well as the promo pictures of Hood Huntress.
