Using Animate Lite with dforce

I noticed in the short tutorial for dforce, it says that animation needs to be baked in before using dforce.

Can I use animate Lite in conjunction with dforce? If so, how do I bake in animation created with animate Lite?

When you have put your animation together, just right-click above the animation timeline, and a menu will pop up that has an item "bake to timeline".

Follow the instructions there, the information will then be transferred over to the timeline, and you can run your simulation from there.
