View tools glitchy after Window 10 update

So this is driving me nuts. I've always used a Wacom Bamboo MTE-450 instead of a mouse (art guy, I like a stylus on a tablet instead of a mouse). I'm running Daz 4.9 Pro on a Windows 10 PC. After last nights update, the view tools on Daz are all glitchy. When I click on the rotate tool, pan tool or zoom tool, they will often immediately set to a much different orientation than where I was at. The rotate (orbit camera) tool is the one that really drives me nuts. I will click and drag to rotate my view around a model and it will snap the view to underneath the floor. Sometimes three four times in a row until finally it lets me rotate to where I want my view.
I've downloaded the latest drivers from Wacom, but its not helping. Can't wait to find out what else is going to suprise me from Window's latest shit sandwich.
Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks

Has the stylus behaviour been changed by the update, from pen mode (cursor jumps to absolute location o tip on tablet) to mouse mode (cursor moves as stylus moves, but relative to its starting point rather than tied to the stylus contct point) (or vice versa)?
Hey, I'm having the same problem with the mouse! It just started recently. I bet you are right to correlate it with the Windows 10 update. I got the Fall Creator's update recently.
It exists in DAZ Studio 4.10 (all versions) with the Windows 10 Spring Creators Update as well as the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. I've used them both.
I've also upgraded my CPU from a 2 core - 4 thread i5 to a 4 core - 8 thread i7 and always uncheck the CPU Thread 0 when I first start DAZ and the DAZ Studio is still quite often failing to respond, sometimes for upwards to over a minute, with Viewport activities, Scene activites, and other general operations that used to respond quite quickly in DAZ Studio 4.9 no longer being quick & timely.
I've been meaning to profile DAZ Studio 4.10 using something very simply like 'Very Sleepy' to find out what in DAZ Studio is wrong but haven't yet.
I'm running 4.10.0.113 (beta) with Windows 10 Fall Creator's Update.
Thanks for the response Richard. I believe its still in mouse mode. I just tried out some different scenes and it seems like bigger scenes with two or more characters and a "room" are glitchy. Funny hting is that it will start our with out any problems with the view tools, then do the "jump" to underneith thing at random, doing it three times in a row before I am allowed to rotate the view normally.
Still having this problem. Geting very frustrating.
