Poser content to Daz3d conversion

So I've got a handful of Poser packages which while they load the objects in Daz3d, they lack dials for modifications.
Examples include a space ships guns, and doors without dials.
Is there a way to create dials for these items? Is there a how to someone could link me to?
Thanks!

Assuming that everything is placed correctly in your content library, the most obvious culprit for losing morph or movement dials/sliders would be the fact that the content is rigged using Poser weight mapping, which differs from DAZ Studio weight mapping and is incompatible. Assuming that that is the case, the only solution would be to manually re-rig the items in DAZ Studio.
It may also be that the item uses external morph files - .pmds - which DS supports only for figures.
Wait, Studio supports PMD's? I thought that myth was busted many times. Where's the definitive answer to that?
Where did you buy these packs so we can look them up and see?
Right here, though many are no longer available. Almost exclusively RDNA imports.. I'll have to dig a bit, but I've been keeping track of what needs work. So far I've found these:
28118_The Deadliest Mixer
28148_OMG It's the Bettys
25576_EF-Cunning Eagle for V4
25429_EFJA-Leaping Bear
25326_EF-M4 FutureCop
28709_Technophilia-Breathless
26421_Darcassian
They were on sale real cheap and I thought I could get something out of them, and I can, just not the morphs. I have been hoping to convert them to .cr2's with Poser, but don't have it. It was one of those "some day" projects...
There's more I'm sure. I haven't used ALL of my stuff.
DS supports PMD's which are called from .cr2's, but not from .pz2's
Hm-m. All use pz2's except Darcassian. Those morphs show up. Oh, well, some day...
Darcassian, Technophilia -Breathless, EF-Leaping Bear, and EF-Cunning Eagle are all available through Daz; the others might be as well.
Oh, they all were available here at some point, and I've got them. The ones no longer available were removed for other reasons. I was just lamenting the inability to fully use them.
