Hi, I got an email saying the M5 Pro Bundle is on sale through 5/2/2013 for half price, yet, when I try to purchase it, it is for full price. According to the add, the new teens package is half price as well, and that actually shows at half price. What gives?

    Are you seeing the two prices on the same page? If not, double-check that you are logged in (log out and then log in again). If so, or if the logoutlogin dance doesn't fix it, open a support ticket.

    Richard, your in-out suggestion did not work. I can see the teens at half price and I can buy the teens at half price, but nether see nor buy the M5 bundle except at full price.
