Wishlist Alert!

Today I experienced what I ever dreamt of: renderosity informed me that there is a special offer actually for an item on my wishlist.
I wished, DAZ would do so, too!

They used to so I am hoping they will resume the feature as some point.

It would also be nice if DAZ3D would tell me when I try to add to my wishlist something that's already on my wishlist. (Rendo knows how to do that, too. Here, the software happily assumes you want to buy multiple copies, and increments the number wanted on the wishlist...)

    Greetings,
I actually built a tool that does exactly this. If you sign in to 3dwishlist.com, in the settings, you can turn on email notifications of normal discounts.

I need to tweak it a little for the new purchased list, and of course it can't detect all DAZ's weird sales, but I rely on it myself.

It's also only once a day, so it doesn't catch flash sales and such.

    I'm afraid I can't share the experience.

I put the Boeing737 by PA 2nd_World on my Renderosity wishlist when it was released months ago.
Today I checked new items in the Rendo store and noticed that 2nd_World
had just released 'Airport Ground Support Vehicles'
So in a bright moment I checked the 737 and yes, it is on sale.
though never received an alert from Rendo.

With DAZ having sale after sale, I actually hope they do not do it, otherwise I would get overwhelmed with emails for this and that on sale.

I prefer to check my list daily.

Like Led above, I don't want to be spammed by sale alerts; however, if we could sort our wishlist by current price, that would help. Marking what's a Daz Original too would be a welcomed sight. None of the notes I add in for myself in the comment boxes stick no matter what I do.

.... and rather than having this huge empty box, could pertinent info be put in it's place, like the PA name, sku # or whatever.

I also receive these alerts constantly Renderosity on special discount on any item on my wish list, there.
Although ... These items placed on my wish list are not there waiting for discount, no.
It is my way to not lose sight of them, keeping them stored there for use in future project.

When they have their special multi-vendor sales and stuff like that they don't send notfications for wishlist items either, as far as I have experienced.
