Have you tried re-downloading it?  The store page says that it works in DS 4.10

Optitex Plugin has to be updated with every new version of DAZ Studio. So, the first thing you have to check is, have you updated the plugin?

If not, either check DIM (if that is how you are installing), or in your account, go to "Content Library" and look for "Dynamic Clothing Control". At the bottom of that page, you will find DIM or manual download links for the updated product.

If all is installed properly, and still no fun, check if the plugin is activated. Go to Help-->About installed Plugins and look for dzoptitexclothcontrol. If it's not listed there, something went wrong with your installation. If it's listed, check for the little plug. Is is grey, or green, or red?

It's possible that you have to re-enter the serial number for the plugin you have in your account informations.

Let me know if any of this worked, or if you already did all of this, and the plugin is still no-show.

  • Be careful to make sure that the updated plug-in is not installed until the updated vrsion of DS has finished installing - otherwise the DS isntall will overwrite it with the basic version. I usually install DS, then once it has finished (no more scrolling bar at the top of the DIM window) I install all of the plug-ins.

    Glad you got it working!

BTW, you are aware that Optitex and dForce are different things? Just to avoid confusion over "not working" clothing.

    hi,

i have a strange effect with the Dynamic clothing and G2M and all my Dynamic clothes.

I load the figure and put the clothes on the figures

then i save the figures with the clothes, the whole scene

and when i load the scene i get the problem you can see in the last image here (o2.jpg)

    and the first (o3.jpg)

    What is wrong here?

and YES, they have the correct version;:

    DAZ Public: 4.12.2.6  - Optitex: 1.9.2.6
    DAZ full: 4.12.1.117 - Optitex: 1.9.1.117

    The collission-options are set correct
