Does Hexagon have an event log?

I've had one crash with the public beta so far, I haven't used it since while I look for an event log. I've looked in the places that seem obvious to me but I can't find it.

If I can get this crash to repeat I will reort it as a bug, but I don't suppose there is much point reporting a non-repeatable crash unless I can supply a log that would give some information of what went wrong.
