Newb questions

Malus

I just got 4.10 pro and it is completely empty. How do I make humans again? 
I do not have a mommy model and a daddy model so that is not feasible. 
Also since this thing is linked to my account shouldn't it know of all the models I have  downloaded thusly?
Sorry for how I sound but the last time I bought anything here or got anything from here was ten years ago I did not even know you guys were making new versions of things.

Have you installed the content - it's separate from the application, the various Starter Essentials packs plus the Default Resources. If you have installed, which method did you use and have you used non-default locations?
