What happened to the DAZ Sales Department?

I've been happily shopping at DAZ since 2003 and have been a Platinum Club member for many years. I have only returned one product for refund that I can remember. I called DAZ Sales, and within minutes I received my refund credit. And almost immediately was able to purchase another item from DAZ using the refund credit,

On Monday April 29, 2013 I called the zendesk # and got my ticket #. Next Monday May 13th will be two weeks. When I tracked my ticket today it still says "This request is awaiting assignment to a support agent". What good is a 30day Guarantee if you can't get the $$$ back or at least an account credit in a decent amount of time? DAZ Sales has definitely gone way downhill.
