I tried this using FBX 2012, 2011 and 2010, and they all look like that for me. I tried 2006 Binary, but it is just the same. I am using the Quicktime Autodesk viewer. I tried Carrara 7.2, but it messed up the 2006 Binary file.
I don't have any other programs to try it in, but it may work, it could be the viewer that is broken (unlikely) It would need to be reported as a bug in the Bug Tracker, I could do that for you, but it wont be fixed right away.

What viewer are you using? What version of DAZ Studio? Help > About DAZ Studio will give you the version number.
Have you tried any of the other FBX export options?
I will try this, and see if it happens in my version too.
