Yes and yes, although how well they fit depends on what you do to make them do so, and Gen 4 stuff fits better than Gen 3. Remember that A5 and V5 are both Genesis morphs, so what you're looking at is a refit to Genesis, then an autoconform to the morph.
Autofit: Eh. Some things work better than others, although it's all improved in 4.6 compared to say 4.0.
Transfer Utility: Better than Autofit.
Transfer Utility with SRMS (Sorry, I had to fit in a plug): even better!
Refitted mesh in a modeler rerigged via Transfer Utility: best, especially on shoes (you can find threads with instructions for this)

Clothing for Gen 3 figures like Aiko 3 will only Auto-Fit if you have the Gen 3 Iconic Shapes for Genesis bundle of individual figure shape. But as SickleYield points out doing is manually will give better results.
