Is there any way I can save a DAZ scene in the 32-bit version without glossiness, etc. and keeping the shader settings status quo when I open it in the 64-bit version?

Also, is there a pwToon shader for 32-bit DAZ Studio?

The 32 bit Studio doesn't have Iray whereas Iray is the default render engine in the 64 bit Studio.  Be sure to switch to 3Delight in 64 bit before rendering.

  • So does that mean that, when I open the file saved in 32-bit, and glossiness prevails, I should switch to 3Delight as soon as I open the file in 64-bit?

I could of sworn, when I opened the 32-bit saved file in 64-bit, it was already in 3Delight, and the glossiness prevailed.

  • The render engine used should, by default, be saved with and read from the scene file - as long as the scene is a scene, not a scene subset, and is opened, not merged.
