Do the settings in the Interface change the render results?
What would be the best settings OR ist the default setting ok to use?
I do not understand what the Interface does.

The interface section is just for the viewport while you are working. If you have a graphics card, I would just put display optimization to best, and leave everything else default. Then again I only don't touch anything else because I don't know what it does lol.
