Morphs between G8F and G8M transferable?

Are morphs between G8F and G8M transferable somehow? I tried around with the "Transfer Utility" and "Morph Loader Pro", avoiding the chest region with weightmap brushing, but it fails everytime because of different geometry.
Does anyone has a solution/guide for this? Thanks in advance!
