How can I solve the problem of white pixels on the skin and clothes ?

    In which application, and render engine if there's a chocie? I can't make out any details in that image.

    I still can't see what you mea in the sample image. Having a very light base colour (white) or glossy colour/high strength can produce issues, as can very bright lights.
