Issues with 4.10 and morphs.

Ok I'm having an issue with morphs not wanting to load/show up in my program. For example mec4d unshaven for gen 2. I should be able to access the groom room once I put it on but I've looked all over in the paramaters, shapes pose, I don't see it I tried dragging and dropping the morph files and nothing. I know they are in the right place because I've checked online several times but for some reason groom room won't show up . It does this with other morphs aswell like foxes and bears from aliveshecride. None of the morphs will load but everything is in the right place. Can someone please help and tell me why no morphs are showing up or extra dials for that matter. I think it's an issue with 4.10 because my friend has 4.9.166 and he walked me through everything and his shows up fine. I'm really tempted to find someone to get me an installer for an older version.

Which is the right place?
My DAZ 3D Library/data/MEC4D/unshaven2_GM/morphs
and for the genital morphs (Since the easy control dials wont even show up)
My DAZ 3D Library/data/daz 3d/ Genesis 3. Male Genitalia/Morphs/SF-Design/Easy Control plus
those are just two of the morphs and menues that wont show up in daz, for the unshaven one i dont even see the "Groom Room"
OK, that looks right yes, assuming that My DAZ 3D Library is set as a Daz Studio Format Content directory and that you don't have two nested My DAZ 3D Library folders. Sorry but it's always best to check that the right place really is right. A few people seem to have been having issues with morphs not being found when the pathing appears correct, but it isn't affecting everyone. Are the products showing correctly in Samrt Content/Categories, assuming they are set up that way?
For the unshaven and the easy controls, I did manual install via zip folders so they dont show up under smart content. The Unshaven 2 item shows up, and adds itself to a scene when i click on it, but groom room wont show up nor will it show that the morphs are loaded.

Hey there, ive been having trouble with daz3d 4.10 and i want to know if anyone can help me find a work around, ive been trying to get ahold of someone form help desk since yesterday and havent heard nothing back.
What currently is the issue:
The item is there, and loads onto my genesis 2 figure, but i dont get the "Groom Room" showing up under the paramaters tab. All the morphs are installed into the proper directory
(example: My DAZ 3d Library/Mec4d/unshaven2_g2m/unshaven2_2gm ) Its not only this one either, No morphs for any character show up, all i get on any character or item i load such as unshaven just gives me the basic X-Y-Z dials, and for the figures i dont get morphs with them either, it just loades a gen X figure and the skin but not the morphs.
As for the other morphs they are stored in My Daz #D Library/Data.
I dont know if its something with the daz3d 4.10 pro beta or if they are not put in the right place but people ive talked to say that the pathing is correct. Someone please help, its been 3 days and ive asked around everyone from Deviant art, friends, even the Daz3d help desk. Even looking online for youtube videos there is nothing for 4.10, it dosent even seem like anyone uses it, and im starting to see why, plus daz3d got rid of the installer for 4.9 so i feel like im stuck with a program that i can fully utilize.

I'm not familiar with Unshaven, but are you sure you shouldn't be selecting the base figure (Genesis 2 Male) rather than the Unshaven figure?
ive done both, and groom room isnt show up. There has to be a way to either fix this, or for someone to get me a 4.9 installer because 4.10 is annoying me and im about to give up on it and demand my money back for things ive bought here.
Only daz can give you an installer for 4.9, though I can't see how any chnage in 4.10 could cause this (on its own at least). Do you have the beta version installed? if not, try installing it and then see if that si better.
Its the 4.10 pro beta that i have installed. Some people ive talked to said that 4.10 is really buggy, and if you look on youtube for anything for help everyone uses 4.9 i have yet to see a help video for 4.10
All the dForce videos will be 4.10, others may just be older. There ar always a few people who haver issues, whether they are real issues with the version or coincidental, so all versions have reports of lots of bugs - which tend to die down by the next version, ready for it to be declared more buggy. I appreciate that this is a major block for you, but I'm pretty sure it isn't a general issue with DS 4.10 and the product since a fair number of people have both.
@jason I know I am waaaaaaaaay late but since I had the same problem and maybe somebody else needs a fix:
The Groom Room shows up under parameters. You need to open the actor drop down and you will see it
I'm having similar problems... actor dial not showing up in 4.12, but I rolled back to 4.9 and it's all there and working fine... same file in each program. something fishy is going on. for now I'll just work with 4.9
