Another Question About Unnecessary Blackness with pwToon Shader

As is illustrated in the image in the link below, within the green circles there is blackness that should not be there.
What do I have to do in order to get rid of it?

Is there part of the dress over the upper arm that has been hidden with a transparency map?
I do know that there was darkness in the area of the arm even in 3D view before the render.
There are no lights in the scene, so lack of lighting could be the problem.
I do have to ask, what should I do in order to add all-around lighting?
Regarding the dress, I highly doubt it's an issue with a transparency map, as the dress, which I purchased from Renderosity, is a strappy dress upon purchase. I had such unnecessary blackness issue with bare legs too.
If it is a transparency map issue, what should I do?
It may not be anything wrong with the transparency maps itself but pwToon does not always play well with transparency, if you look at the red dress you already have a transparency for the bottom of the dress that is still visible in the render (specularity ?), and the black parts on the arms has an edge just where some transparency map would end if it was there, so yes it look like transparency related, if you have specular strength on the dress try to set it to zero and see if that help, specularity on transparent surfaces can cause problems especially if you don't use a specularity map.
