Shading Problem

When I load my content I dont get the shades of the models, just a grey area and thats all. I have my setting for texture shaded, and when I do render out is renders out fine. Any ideas? See file for what I am talking about. Thanks.

It doesn't look as if the viewport is in Texture Shaded mode - click the sphere next to the button labelled Perspective View.

I do have the setting for texture shaded set to on, Im not sure whats going on.
