Daz 4.6 doesn't show up in Install Manager

I purchased the Free 4.6 upgrade (Thanks, Daz!) and it said that I should use the install manager to install it.
But it doesn't show up in the install manager.
I've installed and updated other products with the install manager, so I think I'm familiar with how it's supposed to work.
On the website, if I click on "My Account" it shows the order for the 4.6 upgrade as complete; I installed the latest Install manager (1.0.1.59)
Any ideas?

Applications currently need to be downloaded directly from the Product Library page of your account, though that is changing for at least some add-ons like shaders and plugins.
