Hair won't show up in reflection?

I am having trouble getting hair to show up in a reflected pool of water.  Any advice would be amazing.  Right now only her face and dress reflcts and I have no idea why it's doing this!  The hair is Lynn Hair https://www.daz3d.com/lynn-hair-for-v4/ ;

Check that 'visible in raytracing' is enabled in the hair properties. This is sometimes disabled because it speeds up rendering, but as you've seen it means the hair won't show in reflections, or cast a shadow if raytraced shadows are in use.
