customizing shortcuts on a Mac?

I must be an idiot because I don't see the option to change shortcuts (Edit > Customization) on my machine. Is there another place to do it for Macintosh users? I'm not seeing it under Preferences either.

    The command was moved to Window>Workspace>Customise...
