Not by the magneto error, no but I'm constantly getting logged out of the forums while still being logged into the store. Which means I then have to log out of the store, dodging magneto errors and then log back into the forums. Which will also log me back into the store. I don't think it's my setting because I'm been logged into facebook and rendo for days.

I had the logged into the store but not the forum earlier, so it does seem it may be part of the issue.

The issue should be resolved now.

I tried both Firefox and IE. Tried refreshing and hard refresh. Any ideas?

We're seeing this issue all over the place in the forums. It's been reported to DAZ

From where are you downloading - your Product library page?

I was trying from the main home page links to the DL page. I think I might have skirted around and managed it through the shop though. Thanks :D

I'm trying to download from my Products list and it probably works one time in 4 ... extremely frustrating!

The store is a major frustration now. One out of three pages gives a magento error
I don't trust it enough to buy anything until this is resolved

I've sent an "Oh no it isn't!" reply to the email saying it was fixed - not sure if it broke again or if there was a knock-on issue, but DAZ should be aware and looking at it once the day starts over there.

Seems every time they change the ads on the sale page, you start getting those annoying Magneto error pages.

Same thing happening to me. Plus when it does work the download is ultra slow.

It should be working now, the reason for the recurrence is being investigated.

Well there's definitely some periodically occuring errors taking place. I've been scanning the store pages today and there's a clear pattern where the scans fail. You can see it here - all the lines that ends with two commas are failed attempts to access the pages (the "404 Not Found" are just regular 404 errors for trying to access non existing pages, these are normal):

Looks from the latest scans that the errors have stopped now....

This problem will happens from time to time, seems they can't fix thix or because maybe it's not error at all, like server down for a moment, or server being updated somekind like that.
But yes its pretty annoying especially when we are trying to download product that we want to use ASAP.

And, we can't do nothing about this, refresh / force refresh / changing browser, because this problem is at their end, not withing our connection or browser.
Just wait patiently and pray that their web techy not fixing the problem while eating donnuts and drink coffee while at it they take a break and read newspapper from time to time. Nah, just kidding.

in fact it seems to be the whole site.

The forums don't seem to be affected.

I have had problems accessing the forums also--particularly the Member's Only Forum. These errors started yesterday for me, and at one time the Member's Only Forum completely disappeared from the Forum List.

I have one more coupon burning a hole in my pocket.

LOL, I didn't even notice the date until after I posted and then saw your post. Maybe then this has not been reported?

There have been numerous problems of this type for me since yesterday. I kept checking the forums to see if anyone else was having the same problem and found this thread re-opened. So maybe whoever re-opened it is also having problems.

It is still not a common problem or there would have been a lot more comments than there are.

what sort of problems are you experiencing, because I for one have had no problems with the Store or getting to my account at all, apart from a (very brief) ClodFlare error once yesterday.

Maybe clearing your Browser cache will help, or doing a hard refresh to make sure that a corrupted page hasn't got stuck in your nrowser.

Or maybe my problems with the site are part of an early warning signal.

I am having the same problems that are described in this thread: lots and lots of page errors, prices not showing correctly or changing in the cart (actually that last happened several days ago), problems accessing the forums, etc. If I fiddle around long enough, the issues eventually correct themselves, but it is making it terrifically hard to use the site.

Or maybe people just gave up and went somewhere else.

Well I haven't tried shopping yet today ... but the forums are acting wonkier than usual. [and it's not the browser, etc.].

Click on a link to go to a thread ... get a blank page with weird header in the address bar ... refresh page and then the forum page loads correctly.

Not a consistent occurrence but does repeat.

Hmm, I got that once tonight trying to go to the wishlist. Worked OK when I tried again. The page loading took about the usual time and was definitely complete, but it was blank, not even a CloudFlare error. I've never seen a DAZ page fail like that, even in the worst days of the store switchover mega-flop.

I haven't had issues with any part of the site today.
Trust me when I say that if the site were lagging or overloaded (as some people seem to be experiencing slow loads and the like) I would have noticed.

Kinda. Last time I looked internet speeds/reliability rated slightly higher in the UK (on average - which would imply there are some bad spots). Where I live we have some suburbs that still struggle to get reliable ADSL.
The issue here is population density. We're spread out over such a wide chunk of land that fibre is rather expensive to roll out.

Oh and I figured from your posts implying no difficulty you might be somewhere with an iffy connection. :)

    - OT: those Welsh hills look lovely. :)

Best internet speed I can get here at the moment is 1.7mb/s and that is on a good day. On a bad day I swear it is crawling up the mountain. We are at 1200ft and the exchange is over in the next valley, we are right on the end of the line. But yes it is beautiful especially as we only have to go a couple of miles and we are in real lovely mountain territory, The Brecon Beacons National Park.
