Genesis 8 Posing

Hi, been using daz3d couples years ago and recently got back to it. I installed genesis 8 that came free with the program but there seem to be a difference compared to previous versions of genesis. Posing arms, legs etc is very limited, for arm and legs cannot be moved individually. Do I have to buy a bundle or something to unlock to basic posing? thanks

    Select them individually. You have to move them starting from the thigh, not the foot.

    Which tool do you have selected? Weird things (including nothing at all) can happen if you try to move or pose using a tool not intended to do that, e.g. the Surfaces Tool.

    FWIW, the only difference in Genesis 8 posing is with the default zero setting; previous genesises use a "T" pose, 8 uses an "A" pose with the arms half-lowered.
