I have a lot of items there and it's just pain in the butt to find something there. Can I somehow to customize it, like make folders in different colors ect.
I see some content includes original logos, if nothing is possible maybe I could just make those thumbnails by myself?

You can customize the content thumbnails, just save whatever image you want (unsure if exact size matters, I've been using 100x100 pixels), just use the same filename but append .png onto it, and it will use that thumbnail when displaying that content. I do this all the time for my own files I create, however I see potential conflict if you are trying to replace product's files, as product updates (whether installed manually or via DIM) could set them back to the original intended image?
I don't know of a way to set different folders to different colors, but if anybody else has done it I'd be interested to know how too. (although you can customize interface colors, it would be all or nothing.)
Customizing the content library to create your own custom categories and names is easy. Right-click on the content thumbnail, select Categorize from the mouse menu, then growse to whatever folder(s) you want to put them in, or create new ones. Note the custom content library folders you create will all be placed under the folder Categories, and you you can't modify the "Default" folder which is a special case. Other than that though you can do whatever you want.
.
No idea about colors, but to add a custom icon to a folder in the Content library you simply need to create a 24x24px png with the same name as the folder, and put it next to the folder in its parent directory.
For example if you have a folder called "Whatever Hair" inside a "Hair" folder you would put a "Whatever Hair.png" image in the "Hair" folder to have a custom icon "Whatever Hair" folder in the Content library.
Thank you! A lot of work making thumbnails but at least it's solution.
