Failed install, Genesis 3 Female Starter Essentials

This is the error I get, only seen in the "DIM Install Manager" logs. (It would be nice if this displayed in a pop-up, when it fails to install.)

Product installation failed : Genesis 3 Female Starter Essentials

 

I have downloaded it multiple times. Deleting it between attempts. Also, I have manually installed, but it fails to install a lot of things.

There is no apparent "Genesis 3" content, at all, in my "smart content". There is only broken icons and no Gen 3 stuff. Essentially, everything past Genesis-2 is broken, because there is no "core" or "base" files.

 

Somehow, I think this was updated and the update failed, by Daz. What is there now, fails to load, or work with Daz 4.10 and the new installer. In addition to the apparent missing core and base files. This is a fresh install, on windows 10, without first having installed Daz3D V4.9+.
