Shoe problem

Hello all,
I am having an awful time getting shoes to work. I guess this is why most of the time my models go barefoot so I don't have to deal with the issues shoes bring. Here is what happened:
Loaded the DX30 pumps 4 for Genesis 8 female
GoZ to fix the foot so they fit inside the shoe with no poke through. See the Octane render showing how good they looked. I simply go to the show and dial down to zero the copy Zbrush morph applied to the shoe (I actually deleted this morph) and kept the foot fix morph for the Gen 8 female. Works great.
I got brave and decided it was time to pose my model and choose the Z Strike a pose -Genesis 8 female high heels Z SAP 03 pose. This caused a huge problem with the shoes. It created a jagged bumpy mess. I went back to the shoe and found a morph called fixed set at 100%. No problem, simply zeroing out this morph should bring the shoe back to normal default shape and with my foot morph applied no issues right? Nope, for some reason I cannot zero out this morph - see 2nd photo.
If I can figure out how to zero this morph out it should solve the rough shape of the shoe. I tried zeroing the figure out and removing all morphs. No dice, I tried deleting the shoes and reapply? No cigar, I tried deleting the shoes, zeroing the foot morph, save the scene and re-open. I applied the shoe...same deal no ability to zero out the fix morph on the shoe.
Why is this so difficult? Any help would be appreciated.

I noticed that when my foot morph (seperate from the fix morph for the shoe) which was an existing morph loader imported morph is applied the problem starts. If I zero the morph loader morph the feet go back to the default Gen 8 shape and no issues. The problem is the morph loader morph was 100% applied when I intially loaded the pumps. I corrected the poke through via GoZ Zbrush and everything was perfect. When I applied the pose everything went crazy and I have been unable to fix the issue. The question I have is how do I disassociate my foot morphs and fix morphs from the shoes? The shoes are following the shapes and doing a very poor job at it.
