Aim & Shoot pose problems

I've already filed a tech support note, but they said it'll be a week before they can look at it, so I'm posting here too.

I'm trying to apply the Aim & Shoot for Victoria 6 and Olympia 6 pose pack to other figures, and getting a strange error. Whereas normally I'd just get an odd looking pose, these come with an error box that says to check the log files. The log entry that comes up is '2018-02-04 22:11:56.979 Invalid hierarchy for selected node(s) and "preset_hierarchical_pose" type; no root(s) found.' I've tried running the files through the Zev0 pose converter, and the converted files have the same error. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product, to no avail.
