in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Can someone please tell me how to get the bow prop to full draw?

The illustrations clearly show that it can be done, but as a new user I am struggling to find how!

    This set https://www.daz3d.com/elven-weapon-archer ? The file list http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/35195/file_list shows a Full Pull morph (and a Half Pull), so it should be there (somewhere) in the Parameters pane when you have the bow selected.

    Richard is correct. Morphs are in the Parameters pane. See attached.

    Thanks for that, but I'm still confused.

    I have the bow selected; parameters open on the right hand side; and Pose & Animate Editor open on the left.  However, I do not have the "Advanced" tab visible, & display / morphs is also not visible.

    I am using the "hollywood Boulevard" UI.

    If you load the bow, then go to Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File and scroll to the end are there any loading errors?

    I've just searched the log, & there are no morphs for the bow loaded - which probably explains why I can't use them!

    Will try re-loading the package & see what happens.

    OK, uninstalled the package using DIM.

    Re-downloaded & re-installed.

    Still no morphs for the bow.

    ???

    Your screen shows that you have "G3F Female:EWA Elven Bow" selected, rather than just the bow. I also wonder if the pose is hierarchical since the drawn bow wouldn't make any sense with the pose you've chosen.

    Try selecting just the bow. You can get similar issues with hair if you're not careful to select just the hair rather than the "G3 female Head:hair".

    The bow is only showing under the "G3" hierarchy - not as an item in it's own right.  When I click on the bow in the scene, "G3F Female:EWA Elven Bow" is what comes up.

    I tried this pose - which should have given an option to draw the bow - same result.

    You're still not reading what I'm telling you. Do NOT look in the Posing tab. Look in the Parameters tab after you select the bow. Look carefully at my attached screen shot.

    I think your layout is misleading you. I don't use a layout with tabs under the menu. I see you have the "Pose and Animate" category (or whatever selected". I suspect that if you choose the "Actors, Wearbles and Props" tab, then select the bow, then look in the Parameters tab you will see the morphs. If that doesn't work, I'm out of ideas.
