Animation Question

Is it possible to get a smooth realistic animation of a woman doing squats for example?

  • Yes. Depends on how much time you spend perfecting each frame. Muscle groups, compression and expansion and stretching of the skin. It also depends on how close you intend to have the camera.

If the goal is an instructional video, no one needs to see close-ups of the technical details of 3D animation and how well you've replicated realistic skin and vascularity, you just need it close enough to see on a TV screen prefereably from a distance, such as in a home or a workout room, and not with their nose pressed against the monitor scrutinizing the animation.
