Models aren't retaining poses when merged into other scenes

I tend to merge one scene file into another a lot and I've been finding when doing so. (Merging Scene B into Scene A as the example) But the models in Scene B don't retain the poses I put them in when being merged into Scene A. Is there a way to fix that?

Is this happening with all figures or just particular figures? Are they coming in with their default pose, or is the loss partial?
Some of them have partial loss but one has the models returning to the default poses. And it's only happening with 3 projects (At least 3 that I know off. I haven't tested merging with all of them)
The thing all 3 share is all 3 have at least one of the morphing python model in them.
If you deleet the python, apply a new pose, save (under a new name), and reload does the pose then stick?
Well I deleted something else instead of the python. And it still changed pose when importing even though it was saved as a new file.
Deleting the python wouldn't solve the problem as its what is mainly changing pose.
Ah. Do pose presets save correctly?
No Dis I know this is pretty basic, but Have you tried saving either set as a Scened Subset?
I do this all the time for Toons I've Dressed and Prepped and have never had a problem loading one into a scene.
I think I've found what is causing it. It is one specific file. As merging the other two into other files. Doesn't cause them to lose there poses.
What i'm going to have to do is delete that one specific file and redo the pose from scratch. Which is fine as that one pose had been messing up anyways when trying to unparent it.
