Applying a tattoo from one character to another

I'm not sure if it's possible or not, but here's what I want to do. There's one character from the Kalea 7 pack that I have, I think the name's Halina, who doesn't have any tattoos. I like that skin color, but I like the tattoo from the other character, Lilnoe I think. When I tried to apply the tattoo from Lilnoe to my character, the skin color changed on the mid section so I have mismatching skin colors. Is there any way to apply the tattoo without changing the skin color?
