Hornet for Genesis 8 On Sale Now! [Commercial]

I'm a fan of the dark hero, on the edge of good vs. evil so I design this character so she could walk either path. All the gear is separates so her top can be mixed with other pants and so on and the wings load as a single set or as a set of four.

I find this scifi design to be very interesting, good work!

I hope you add some add-ons like a brocade, a collar or some sort of scifi jewelry.

Does this mean the Suspended Railway has been submitted to Daz?

Any chance of a strap to connect the two chest parts. I love the look, but it's really hard to suspend the disbelief that the top would not open during any kind of movement.

On the strap She is due out so It would have to be an add on. She does have some straps that could be copied out in say hex or a simple prop color black. if it's a hit I will do an expansion pack and do that.

The train is in line waiting for the tester, quick pic here.

Shouldn't there be more yellow stripes, when she's supposed to be a hornet? Looks a bit more fly-ish to me... devil

  • Really love this one and very interested in what expansions you have for this. Are you open to any suggestions or do you know what you specifically have planned?

That train looks as good as I'd hoped. Thanks. And now I'll shut up to keep from derailing the thread.

I'm open to the idea, I never know what people will responed to but the with a different top I think it could work.

It could work with the same top, but for most users probably a different top would work better for Genesis 8 Male?

  • Would love to see a male version!

  • Maybe some over size gauntlets and boots with blasters or built on gadgets.

I should do an Ant Man. But in the meantime the Hornet is live and on sale I hope everyone enjoys the character and shares renders! Thanks.

Just purchased Hornet, keep up the good work AntMan!

I'd like to see a male verson of Hornet too, maybe with a different weapon that we can swap between the two.  I agree, would like to see a different top for the male and a strap thing for the female top.

Very nice, but there are missing textures.

Could you please fix these errors.

It looks like DIM does not copy the files, that names contains spaces.

After manually copied needed textures for pants, it works.

Anyhow, it will be good, if you stick to some standard with file names, as you did with the other files.

Use underscore _ or just skip the space in names.

Thanks for the heads up! So many steps go into making these things sometimes the brain goes to pudding. I will have Daz do an update, I normally don't do spaces... I blame it on Pudding!

The art looks great though and the atmospheric effects really make it come to life, great job!

Thanks and great, that it will be the update to fix the issues.

I sent in a bug report. Was this in Daz Studio? or Poser. We tested the heck out of this and I didn't see it happen. But I did not port it over into poser. Anyway I will keep on it. I take any/all issue seriously and I hope folks know I try to go above and beyond what's expected with my products.

Yes, I have used Daz Studio in my renders, and that is where I have discovered the problem.

I have not tried to port Hornet to Poser, yet, and probably will not do it, either.
