Daz stopped working this morning.

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I have been using Daz for a few years now with little problem. This morning it stopped working and now all it will do is give me blocky looking stick figures.  I tried re-installing Daz 4.10 but that does not seem to fix the problem any. Please if someone can give me detailed instructions on how to fix this I would be very grateful.

    You probably accidently changed the draw style to Solid Bounding Box. Type CTRL 9 on your keyboard (shortcut for Texture Shaded draw style) and see it it comes back to what you are used to. Draw Style can also be set by the dropdown to the left of the camera selection drop down.

    That seemed to work. All this time and I never tried that drawing style before.

    Ctrl(Win)/cmd(Mac) plus a number key gives you the nth draw style - you may have been aiming for ctrl W or soemthing and hit a row too high, which would switch to bounding box mode.

    I think I might have been aiming for ctrl R for render and missed. It has been known to happen. The joys of proprioceptive dysfunction.
