Export a DAZ female Genesis 8 figure to Poser Pro 2014

Hello,

I'm a Second Life user, I'm an illustrator in there.
I want to create my own (.bvh) poses in Poser Pro 2014 with a female figure from DAZ.
I know on youtube there is already an old tutorial to show how... but DAZ + Poser are old versions.

Can anybody help me to export a Genesis 8 female figure to Poser Pro 2014?
Perhaps there are dutch people in this forum?

Unfortunately the answer on Genesis 3 Female in Poser Pro 2014 is the same as for Genesis 3 Female https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/187516/export-genesis-3-female-figure-in-to-poser-2014#latest

You can export .bvh from daz Studio, in which the figures are supported, though you cannot use the Daz content in Second Life so I'm not sure there's any benefit to using the figures for pose creation.

  • This tut saw how it's possible to bring the Genesis 3 in to poser, as a figure to work with, a better figure than SL provide.
But he takes some steps I don't understand till now

  • But you need to get the results into Second Life at some point, and the license does not allow you to use the Daz figure for that.

I'm not interested myself in SL but just out of curiosity .. Do you mean that he needs an interactive license ? Or do you mean that even with an interactive license it is not possible to use DAZ figures into SL ?

  • An nteractive license allows the use of the content in a complete game, ir doesn't cover inserting the content into something like Second Life.
