Saint Pats it's over and I set this up earlier, but my computer wanted to misbehave.. I'm going to set this here and hope no one is hung over
Ahhhh the famed "Black Irish" very nice.
What clothes? LOL
Huh. Well, my guy is definitely wearing clothes. LOL
Baldric (WIP)
That's Jepe's new Bodyhair Project 78 on his arms and chest. You can even make it out through the rips in the jeans.
So, four days later, here is the final image with Baldric:
Enemy Of My Enemy
This image has a small amount of postwork. I added the dust for the ray of light in Photoshop, (a layer using one of Ron's fog brushes, and a layer of dust motes made using PS filters,) and there were some levels changed to support the dust without making the image so light you can't help but wonder how our hero didn't know he was being followed in the first place.
A bit of trivia: both the man, Baldric, and the monster, Lycan, are based on Landon 8.
Just so you know, in the story in my head, the dragon kills the lycan. She's not interested in the man per se, but once she sees the tattoo, she befriends him… To the extent that she befriends any one not of her own species.
ETA: The forum tends to make dark images look totally black. You can see the full-size image in the Galleries here, where the menacing, dark environment reveals trouble brewing in the background. (The title and the image also link to the gallery page.)
I can't see anything behind him... but from your message it sounds like there's supposed to be a monster back there?
@Misselthwaite, I'm sorry the images show so dark in the forums. The title and image are both linked to the Gallery page, but here's another link. From there you can see the image full-size. (Set your browser full screen, if it isn't already. The image is 1920 x 1080 pixels.)
And there is the Lycan in the doorway, and Rawart's Feathered Raptor slinking down the slope on the right, with her full attention on the lycan.
It's okay, I had the same problem - I know I have my screen set a little light for my contented viewing, but it means sometimes my pictures are too dark for other people... but I know my screen is bright (because the people who complain about my things being dark!) so I thought I'd let you know - I can only see, in faintest grey, the back edge of a curve wall or egress at the top right, and the rest is absolutely black. If I click on your gallery and expand the image, I can see the eyes and the outlines of bodies, so it's really all good, but a casual viewer may not be able to perceive those critical details due to the lower resolution of the initial image :-)
As I mentioned earllier, the Lycan is also based on Landon 8. With his very elongated foot and short shin bone, I didn't even try to apply a pose first: I spent a good deal of time posing him from the A-pose. And then tweaking, and tweaking some more. So, yeah, I'm pretty proud of how he turned out. And then in the final render, you could barely see him!
So here is a render of just the Lycan, (and well lit, too!)
Lycan
Just playing around
Yea, playing around... Mmmmmmmmmm WOOF
Reminds me ALLOT of my old boyfriend. He had a sweater on his chest his body fur there was so thick. YUM
Back from my hiatus..
Just a new render, could still be better.
Glad to see you back! And a pretty great image to start with
Thanks.
Another one.
mal3Imagery Where did you get the pictures of these guys!!
Amazing work!
I'm quite sure it's cheating to claim a photo as a render .........looking marvolous!!
Your guys always look great too, but the clothes are wonderful. The shirt collar and folds on the front of the shirt in particular look amazing!
Welcome home!
What hair did you use here?
Was playing with some new purchases yesterday
The theme of this month's challenge is "After dark." Here's the image I submitted in the PFDLives edition, another image that is best viewed full-screen. My next image in here won't be so dark. I promise.

Day's End
You can find the full-size image in my Gallery here.
A speedo made of fondant icing off a wedding cake
ooooo edible beach wear!!
Always love your characters. I wish they were available somewhere.
Officer Dress Blues
The best thing about fondant is usually the cake underneath.
This looks really good, your clothing always does, and the DOF really helps tie the environment all together.
Thanks, GRFK. Alas, they're a mixture of character morphs that date back to M4, so it's not possible
As for fondant, not my favourite part of a cake, I must admit
