Anyone else have a problem with Ultrascatter?

got this recently but just cant get anything from it - it doesnt show up in the list of plug ins and it doesnt show up in the scripts list either. As far as I know there isnt a serial number to register the plugin (like with some) so what else can I do to troubleshoot this

answered my own question - Id expected it to load as a plugin and prefill in scripts - It didnt but runs manually
