Anyway to keep a metal ring round?

I have a ring as part of an outfit that sits at the top middle of the back, where I'd expect it not to distort much. I gave it a 100% rigid map setting to prevent distortion. Yet is still distorts. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

A rigidity group has only one function - it protects the mesh from being distorted by morph projection (when a morph is set on the base figure and there isn't a an existing morph of the same name on the fitted item). It won't do anything for posing, that has to be controlled by weight maps (essentially your would want the weights to be uniform across the hoop, with the straps adjusted via weighting or morphs to keep everything together).
Ah…Excellent. I used the transfer from the figure without any modifications, since the top is simple, but I'll go and play with the weights to see if I can get rid of the distortion under most movement cases. Thanks
