Plug ins won't load

Hi all,

 

I've got several plug ins (Game Print, Luxus, etc.) that show up in the "About Installed PLugins" list. But, they won't load. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, inputting serial numbers, but nothign works. They remain there but non-functional. Any ideas?

    If you restarted DS after entering the serial number for game print it should show in Window>Panes(Tabs). Luxus will add more options to DS, including an entry for Render Engien in the Editor and Advanced tabs of Render Settings - if it's not working, just giving a red plug icon, are you using a fresh download? How did you install?

    I let Install Manager handle it all. 

    Luxus is not showing up under the Render Settings area. 

    I have uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled these plug ins, so far without success.

    I'm running 4.10.0.123 Pro Edition 64 bit.

    OK, that's the current version - and the plug-ins are current installers too?

    As far as I know. I've downloaded everything through IM so everything should be current.

    Yes, assuming no updates are showing in Ready to Download. In that case you may need to open a support ticket.

    Thanks for the help, will do. Its very weird how these plug ins just don't want to load.
