Error saving the file

leo04leo04 Posts: 342

I had to re-install DAZ Studio V4.10.0.123 ProEdition (64-bit) due to the Windows 10 release 1709.  This release disabled my USB ports rendering my mouse and keyboard unconnected. I had to go back to Windows 10 release 1703. What a pain.

I have reloaded all my products and all works well except when I go to render and save a file. I get the message below.

Any ideas on what to do about this/

Thanks for any assistance.

Are you trying to save the file to a directory that does not exist anymore?

Is the directory in the path ( in your pic ) still exist? That would be my first quess..........

The directory exists. and I can save to other locations it appears but not this one.

Okay finally figured it out. When I reloaded the Windows 10 release 1703 I did not "share" the "D" drive or its folders. I went back and did this, and now it appears to be saving to the locations on the drive and in the folders. It hadn't occurred to me until a little while ago,  DUH!....lol.

    Thanks.
