Installing HDRI's

I've been trying to install HDRI environments that I just purchased using the Smart Connect Option, and it has been stuck at 30% for like 10 minutes now. Does it usually take this long for HDRI's to install?

    That depends on your download speed (and probably on the load on the Daz servers) but HDRIs can be pretty large files.
