Why is an item always missing from FBX export?

Hello all.

I am trying to export a Genesis 8 figure with some body attachments. One of them is male genital attachment. It is "fit" to the figure and appears normally as child like all the other attachments, but when I go to FBX export, it does not show up in the list of items i the scene. It doesn't matter whether it's select or not. When I select that item alone in the figure and then do an FBX export with "selected only" even, nothing shows up at all, as if the item was not in the scene.

Here is wher it get's really weird though: When I chose the geometry editor tool, just select a single polygon on that item, whether I leave it selected or clear the selection immediately doesn't matter, after this it shows up and exports correctly.

Right now I have to do this trick every time I do an FBX esport which is kind of annoying. I am sure there must be a trick to make this item known to Daz studio permanently, even if just in a stored scene and I have to do it again for every new scene.

Does anybody have an idea what could be the problem here?

Thanks

The Geometry Editor temporarily turns off GeoGrafting, so that polygons can be edited. This has come up before, but I can't recall the steps to get the GeoGraft included in the export.

Unfortunately, I don't know a solution to this. Guess, it's just a bug.

Nevertheless, I'm really, really happy to know at least your workaround, now :)

    Thank you!
