Technical Support shold be handled via Daz, though a support ticket, or by asking a question in the forum.
OK that begs the question as to what if you asked a question (Oh that the vendor should have the answer for) and you do not get one single response. I hate opening tickets for support for a product.
Support is one of the things Daz provides for the PAs in return for its cut of the item price, so don't feel you shouldn't use it (after trying to find the answer in the forums, ideally).
Well Richard seems that the help desk is inundited with lots and lots and lots of problems. When I did open a ticket well the email I got back said that it would take at least 10 days before anyone could even begin to deal with this....Something that is more likely something simple.

Do you ask a question on the forum? If you did and didn't get any responses it could be because folks didn't understand the question or it was in the wrong forum. I have seen questions posed in the software forum that probably should have been somewhere in General.
