shopping woes

I am trying to put an order through, but after filling in all the details, the page goes into a loop and starts again from the beginning. I have tried 11 times!

    Check your recent orders and card/Paypal account. This has happened a few times, and once it caused each "failed" purchase to go through without telling anyone. Much sending of aaaiiieeee-mails to Sales Support followed.

    If all your attempts definitely did fail, put in a support ticket to Sales (top of this page, Help>Contact Us) and give full details of what happened.
