Super Sleeky Hair

Can someone that has this product test to see if they are getting the same issues? 

I have used it in the past and never had a problem but now the hair loads with no texture in it's default super long form. None of the style lengths work when they are applied, it just stays long, and if i add a hair color the cap stays across the forehead. Something to do with the transparancy maps not loading maybe??? I'm not familure enough with the technical stuff to know what's going on. I wanted to see if anyone else has the problem, or knew of a posable easy solution before I put a ticket in.

Well, it does load grey and super long, and the length presets don't appear to affect it in that state - only after you've applied a colour.

Are you perhaps working in Iray and forgetting to apply the shader that says "APPLY FIRST" before applying the iray colour? Doing that gives me the behaviour you describe.

That was it, thank you. I was reading it as "apply the base color first" it's been a while since i used the product, and i figured it was probably user error. :)
